Consultant Development Coach

As a consultant coach in organisational settings I offer one to one development coaching to staff in managerial, aspiring leader and leadership roles. The focus of my practice is coaching individuals through phases of professional development, transition and career change. Clients include early career and established leaders, professionals, higher education academic staff.

Facilitated self-coaching workshops

Virtual, self-coaching development workshops for small groups. Using coaching techniques individuals are guided through a process of reflection to enable them to review their current situation, reflect on the potential impact of their actions or decisions and plan for next steps.

Contexts:

  • return to work following medium-long term absence
  • post CPD intervention or training
  • support for well-being such as work-life re-balancing
  • planning for retirement

Continuing Professional Development

I work to EMCC Ethical Standards. CPD includes keeping up to date with emerging coaching practice ideas through research publications, engaging with communities of practice and professional network webinars. I have one to one supervision every three months.
